Immediate Need: We are a national medical laboratory seeking phone representatives working as a Patient Advocate and point-of-first contact. In this role, you will perform detailed medical intakes with patients who have expressed an interest in genetic testing.
Clear communication, active listening skills, and a strong command of the English language are critical. Paid training is provided. Experienced and Non-experienced welcome. This is a full-time position. No remote work is offered.
