Raytheon is the leading provider of Electronic Warfare Systems for Space and Airborne Platforms. This position is for a Principal Systems Engineer who will provide engineering leadership to Systems Engineering Integration & Test teams.

What You Will Do:
- The Systems Integration & Test Engineer provides systems engineering and integration support to assess, plan, coordinate, schedule and implement projects from inception through system transition .
- Problems and issues faced can fluctuate and require detailed information gathering, analysis and investigation to understand the problem and determine the appropriate resolution.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline (preferably Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering or Physics) with a minimum of 8 years of related work experience.
- Experience in radar threat analysis and EW technique development/analysis.
- Experience in verification and validation of system and/or subsystem requirements.
- Experienced presenter preparing and presenting reports and briefings both orally and written.
- Experienced with leading peers and team members during test phases.
- Flight Test experience
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (Cameo Enterprise Architecture), specifically using SysML.
- RF experience and knowledge of microwave modules
- Experience with Special Test Equipment and Modeling and Simulation.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Experience with DevSecOps delivery pipelines and software development principals
- Experience with tools such as Matlab/Simulink, DOORS, DNG, Cameo, Jira, and Confluence
- Earned Value Management / Cost Account Management experience.
- Experience leading STE development (and prime hardware) test activities.
- Experience with security requirements related to government testing.
- Experience with requirements verification and tracking tools such as DOORS.

The salary range for this role is 105,000 USD - 221,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
