LPN Needed for Overnight Shifts in Horn Rapids area!
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing and documenting skilled nursing care, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, in accordance with the developed care plan and physicians orders for each individual patient while adhering to confidentiality standards and professional boundaries at all times.
LPN range $25-29
Shift: Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 21:00PM to 9:00AM every other week.
Qualifications of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
- Must have good standing license (LPN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Current CPR certification
- Must be willing to provide in home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents
Responsibilities of the LPN
• Assess patient's condition and chart effectively
• Perform evaluation tasks such as vital signs and medication review
• Some cases may require physical support such as tracheostomy and gastrostomy tube care.
• Private duty nursing is an option for children and young adults with special needs such as;
tracheostomy and ventilator care, feeding tubes, nebulizer treatments, TPN, as well as many other special medical needs that children and young adults may have
