We are looking for a full-time maintenance technician / handyman to join our growing team. You will join a team providing hands-on maintenance and supervision for approximately 200 rental units using a company-provided van.
This is a full-time position (40 hours / week); Monday to Friday, plus on-call overtime rotation. Your usual hours will be from 8am to 4:30pm. However, you will be expected to work as necessary to meet the needs of the team and your targets, with the potential for overtime required during busy turnover seasons and for occasional after-hours emergencies.
