Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Home Health Aide at Arch Home Care Agency in Fairfax county, VA. The Home Health Aide will be responsible for assisting patients with activities of daily living, providing patient care, and offering personal care services.

- Communication skills
- Activities of Daily Living and Personal Care skills
- Compassion and empathy in providing care
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Certification as a Home Health Aide is a plus
- Experience working in a healthcare setting
