A LPN/LVN contributes to AHF by providing hands-on care to patients under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians. Your contribution as an LPN/LVN is essential in providing high-quality and compassionate care to patients, contributing to the overall wellbeing of individuals and communities. Remember, every small act of care makes a big difference!
A LPN/LVN enhances the reputation of AHF by providing multifunctional quality patient care and collaborating as a team. By providing patient education, including accuracy in patient documentation and provide leadership support as needed.
