Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Interim HealthCare Inc. We are looking for an LPN that can service our Porter County patients . The LPN will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assisting physicians and registered nurses in patient assessments, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care. The role also includes monitoring patient health conditions, updating medical records, and educating patients and their families on care procedures and health maintenance.
Qualifications
- Patient Care, Medication Administration, and Healthcare Assessment skills
- Collaborative teamwork and Communication skills
- Medical Record Keeping and Documentation skills
- Health Education and Patient Advocacy skills
- Active LPN license in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Experience in home health, hospice, or long-term care settings is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
