Locums - Lexington, Kentucky, CRNA Openings (Willing to License)
Clinical Role:

- Start Date: Mid-September, more likely Mid-October
- Contract Length: 6 months/26 Weeks
- Shift Details: 4 x 10 (No Weekends, No Call; M - T or T - F)
- Schedule: Full-Time; 0630AM - 0530PM (1/2-hour lunch)
- Support staff: CRNA, Anesthesia Tech, Anesthesiologists. Will be directed by Anesthesiologist (General ratio 1:2 anesthesiologists to 1 CRNA and 1 resident, can be up to 1:4 anesthesiologists to CRNA for low acuity)
- Amount of coverage needed per month: Full time, 4 x 10/week, 6 months
- Patients per day: Depends, 1-9/daily
- Patient population/age: All age spans (no Neonatal)
- Department description: CRNA would cover the following: Ortho, Trauma, Vascular, Neuro (No Heart)
- EMR: EPIC Required
- Skills required: Intubation, Central Line, Arterial line, Line Placement. Not likely needed to do blocks. No OB
- Practice Setting: Hospital (Level 1 Trauma Center)
- Board Certification: NBCRNA Required
- Active KY License - open to licensing
- Minimum experience required: Some experience (6 months to a year)
- No New Grads
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
- Willing To License
