Job Description:
The PDN Float nurse will deliver skilled nursing services and perform related divisional teaching/visit duties to ensure the highest quality of care for children with specialized healthcare needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops and maintains on-going relationships with management, department staff, case workers, patients, and family members in order to best meet the needs of clients
- Ensures that delivery of nursing services is compliant with company/state policies
- Available resource person to other health team members in the identification and fulfillment of patient needs
- Maintains liaison with the community’s health-related resources
- Prepare and submit timely written documentation as required by policy
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Graduate of approved School of Professional Nursing
- Current stateRegisteredNurse license
- Pediatric nursing experience required
