What You’ll Do:
Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers with their automotive needs, ensuring they understand the services required for their vehicle, including tire recommendations and sales.
Service Scheduling: Manage the daily schedule, balancing customer demands with the shop’s workflow to ensure efficiency.
Sales and Upselling: Provide recommendations on additional services and products, such as tires or preventative maintenance, to enhance vehicle performance and safety.
Team Leadership: Supervise and support a team of technicians, ensuring quality work and timely service delivery.
Administrative Duties: Handle invoicing, inventory management (including tire stock), and other day-to-day operations to keep the shop running smoothly.
