ER Supervisor Needed - Joshua Tree, CA
Are you ready to lead a dynamic Emergency Department in the heart of the California desert? We're seeking an experienced, compassionate ER Supervisor to join our team at a 59-bed acute primary care facility in Joshua Tree.

The Role: As our ER Supervisor, you'll lead a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring efficient, high-quality emergency care. You'll be the backbone of our ER, managing staff, resources, and critical situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate nursing staff and assignments
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Act as a resource for staff and handle escalated issues
- Participate in direct patient care when needed
- Manage emergency situations and serve as initial incident commander
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred)
- Current California RN license
- ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications
- 5+ years of RN experience in an acute care setting
- Previous nursing supervisory experience a plus
- Strong leadership and communication skills
