Role Description
This is a part-time that will transition to full-time on-site role for an Advanced Practice Nurse at Trillion Health and Hormone. The Advanced Practice Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and educating patients on proactive and innovative healthcare.
Qualifications
- Patient Care, Assessment, and Treatment Planning skills
- Collaboration and Communication skills
- Health Education and Counseling skills
- Experience in Hormone Health and Aesthetics
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Active Advanced Practice Nurse license
- Master's degree in Nursing
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner
