Mobility Project Physical Therapy is seeking an excellent outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapist (PT) for a part-time position, workdays available Monday through Friday. Compensation is based on experience. Our therapists are scheduled for 10 patient visits per 8-hour workday. Patient care is performed in a direct, one-on-one setting, with no expectation for the therapist to see multiple patients at once.

Mobility Project, a physical therapist owned, outpatient orthopedic clinic, located in the heart of Tracktown USA (Eugene, OR), seeks an exceptional Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team of professionals.
The physical therapist will be responsible for examining patients to develop a plan of care using treatment techniques to promote the ability to move, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability. The physical therapist will work with patients and clients to prevent loss of mobility by developing fitness- and wellness-oriented programs for healthier and more active lifestyles. In addition, the physical therapist will document patient treatments, changes in condition and other pertinent information as required.
The successful candidate will provide treatment and appropriate therapeutic techniques specific to the age and condition of each patient. The ideal candidate is one who is friendly, positive, outgoing, and self-motivated. Prior experience/certification with Pilates, manual therapy, strength and conditioning, lymphedema therapy or cancer rehabilitation is a plus, but we will gladly provide training and continuing education for the right person without it. Essential Job Functions:
Work as part of a team to provide physical therapy services to clients and patients
Perform physical therapy examinations including: patient/client history, systems review, and tests and measures to identify potential and existing problems
Establish diagnoses, prognoses, and plans of care
Implement components of patient/client interventions (treatment), obtain data related to the interventions provided, and make modifications in selected interventions either to progress the patient/client or to ensure patient/client safety and comfort
Conduct re-examinations
Modify interventions as necessary to achieve anticipated goals and expected outcomes
Develop and implement discharge plans
Focus on providing the highest quality treatment that allows for excellent patient outcomes
Assess patient condition using knowledge of basic anatomy, biomechanics, human physiology and pathology
Instruct patients on physical therapy interventions, modalities and home exercise programs
Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants according to state guidelines
Minimum Qualifications:
Masters or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program
Current state license as a Physical Therapist or License Applicant Status
Current CPR certification
