Full time Locum assignment in Detroit Michigan with FQHC for FNP
-October start date (Flexible)
-Mon-Fri 8-5
-Seeing all ages, 18-24 patients a day
-Full support staff
-3 month assignment with option to extend
-EMR: Eclinical Works
-Phone interview
-30 day credentialing
(Must have seen all ages in the last 18 months, have an active DEA, and Active MI license)
