New York Cancer and Blood Specialists (NYCBS), a prominent and respected Oncology/Hematology group, is seeking
Implementation Specialist, RN to join a well-established and growing pure sub-specialty practice with academic affiliation. Practice manages a freestanding outpatient Cancer Center with extensive chemotherapy administration, Radiation Oncology, Pharmacy and Research department.
In this role you will :
- Travel to any of the NYCBS/NY Health locations
- Developand delivertraining to new and existing NYCBS/NYHealth team members
- Ensure compliance and quality assurance with all NYCBS/NYHealth policies and procedures
- Resolve operational and technical issues as appropriate
- Assess team members’ training/retraining needs and develop improvement plans
- Develop positive work relationships with new team members and serve as a resource in their transition
- Support program directors in developing and implementing programs
- Train, delegate, monitor, and motivate team members effectively to maximize productivity
- Collaborate in the development and maintenance of policies and procedures
- Plan and prioritize retraining activities for best efficiency and effectiveness
- Participate in all mandatory meetings
- Effectively and creatively problem-solve and manage change within the Implementation team
- Ensure high level of quality assurance and standards of quality within all NYCBS and NYHealth locations
We require:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3-year minimum healthcare experience
- Travel to any of the NYCBS/NY Health locations
- An effective communicator that is capable of determining how to best reach different audiences and executing communications based on that understanding
- An eagerness to accept new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
- A good decision-maker with proven success in making timely decisions that maintain high standards within the organization

Salary up to $55 per hour.
