Medix is hiring a Nurse Practitioner to provide longitudinal telehealth care for patients with obesity. This is a full time, direct hire opportunity paying $110,000—$125,000 per year depending on experience and benefits! Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive obesity management, including effective evidence-based lifestyle counseling and pharmacotherapy.
- Collaborate closely with physicians and registered dietitians to ensure exceptional team-based care.
- Conduct telemedicine visits and follow-up consultations to monitor and support patient progress.
Nurse Practitioner Requirements:
- Education: Master of Science in Nursing
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years practicing Obesity Medicine, with proven expertise in evidence-based lifestyle counseling and pharmacotherapy.
- Licensure: Must be licensed to practice and prescribe legally in Texas. Priority will be given to candidates with multiple state licenses.
- Telehealth Experience: Prior experience conducting telemedicine visits is required.
