Job Description:
McKinney & Associates is seeking a dedicated and experienced Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic legal environment with a focus on Personal Injury, Family Law, and Bankruptcy. While experience in these areas is beneficial, it is not mandatory.
Responsibilities:
Represent clients in family law cases, personal injury, bankruptcy and other related matters.
Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
Advise clients on legal rights and obligations, to guide them through the legal process.
Attend court hearings, mediations, and negotiations on behalf of clients.
Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
Qualifications:
Currently licensed to practice law in Colorado or sitting for the upcoming Bar Exam.
Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively.
High ethical standards and professional integrity.
Detail-oriented with strong organization skills.
