Home Health Aide/HHA, Certified Nursing Assistant/CNA, Nursing Students, Personal Care Aides Responsibilities:
- Assist clients at home with ADL's and personal care
- Assist with bathing, toileting and transfers
- Assist and encourage clients to follow prescribed exercise program, ROM and ambulation
- Remind client to take prescribed medication
- Plan, prepare and serve meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for client
- Provide light housekeeping
- Engage with client and provide companionship
- Experience in the home healthcare/assisted living field(s) is a plus, but not required
