Position Summary
CVS Health is seeking a lean technician to support continuous improvement objectives at our Patterson, Distribution Center. In this dynamic role, you will serve as a key member of the team that will lead and drive projects and culture to improve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity. You will partner with the site expert in Lean Manufacturing and will support the team with implementations of Lean Process Improvements to meet business objectives.
You will work alongside many internal teams (Operational Excellence, Inventory Control, Operations, and Maintenance) and work collaboratively with stakeholders to provide follow through on changes to ensure success. You will be responsible for improving safety at the site through the use 5S, standard work, improved ergonomics, and process changes. In addition, you will help to deliver world class quality and delivery by supporting sites with problem solving techniques to get to root cause and problems are made visible to solve.
This is a 1st shift role, 6:00am-2:30pmPST with additional flexibility as needed.
Required Qualifications
-Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
Preferred Qualifications
-Associates degree in technical field
- Past demonstrated Lean experience
- Manhattan or INFOR WMS system experience
- PowerBI or Tableau dashboard creation experience
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Below certification or higher
- Experience with lift equipment / material handling equipment / powered industrial trucks
-Reporting/Data Analysis
-MS Excel
-Union environment experience

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$18.50 - $38.82
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
