Gastroenterologist Hospitalist in Texas Great Location Physician Locums Job in Texas Ongoing Coverage
Preferred Dates (can be very flexible):
Thursday 7am through the following Wednesday 5pm
September 12-18
October 24-30
November 7-13, 14-20
December 5-11, 12-18
Job Requirements for Assignment :
Texas State Medical license
Board Certified Gastroenterology
All inpatient coverage
About 20 patients per day total, including some procedures in the morning
Full 24/7 Anesthesia Services
Blocks are typically Thursday-Wednesday
Mondays-Thursdays are daytime hospitalist shifts between 8-10 hours
Fridays-Sundays would be daytime hospital shift followed by offsite call
Seeking candidates available one to two weeks per month ideally
Advanced Procedures Preferred but not required
Will be ongoing starting September 12
Ongoing until a permanent hire
Mid-level support
EMR: EPIC
300+ beds
