Choose between a salaried position with profit share after 90 days or an independent contractor arrangement.
Monday to Friday - Dayshift
Pay: $120,000.00 per year

Position Summary:
- As a Nurse Practitioner (NP), you'll provide comprehensive patient care in a post-acute/transitional rehabilitation setting, including assessments, diagnosis, treatment, education, and care coordination.
- Reporting to the Alanté Clinical Director, you'll collaborate with Santé facility staff to develop preventive services and improve early condition management.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Master’s degree in nursing with current Advanced Practice Nursing license required for the state of OR.
Licensure/Certifications/Credentialing:
- OR RN license
- OR Advanced Practice Nursing license
- NP Board Certification from recognized certifying body
- Credentialed with insurance companies preferred
- Fingerprint clearance
- Unrestricted prescribing and dispensing privileges with DEA licensure required
- Driving is a requirement for this position. Current Oregon driver's license and proof of insurance is required
Experience:
- 1-2 years' NP experience preferred
- Experience with adult, geriatric populations and population health management preferred
- Knowledge and use of an Electronic Health Record
- Ability to work with confidential information including HIPAA protected information
- Ability to be proactive and initiate processes with little to no supervision
