Job Standard/Operational Needs:
Responsibilities include greeting and rooming patients, reviewing meaningful use metrics in EPIC, taking vital signs, setting up injections, removing sutures/staples, and applying and changing dressings. The nurse will also assist with appointment scheduling, chart preparation, image order completion, stocking rooms, and sterilizing instruments. EMR proficiency, ability to multitask, critical thinking skills, and flexibility are imperative.
Minimum Qualifications:
NYS licensed/registered LPN. Current CPR certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross is required. Prior office and orthopedic experience preferred but not required.
Workday hours:
Generally, Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm and evening hours, as needed.
Pay: $21.00-$29.00 per hour
