Your Role:
As an Occupational Therapist with Invo, you will:
- Evaluate and address disorders and delays affecting students' daily activities and educational goals.
- Develop and improve students' ability to independently perform tasks.
- Serve as a vital member of the Individualized Education Plan (IEP) team.
- Facilitate and achieve goals outlined in each child's educational plan.
- Maintain accurate and appropriate records.
- Collaborate with school personnel and parents to develop effective programs.
- Communicate effectively with teachers, administrators, and parents.
- Perform other OT duties as required by the program and within your licensure scope.
- Ensure all services comply with state laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Active state-level licensure as an Occupational Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure).
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university.
- Experience in school-based therapy is a plus.
