Caring. Connecting. Growing together. Primary Responsibilities: - Perform sterile compounding according to company policy and regulations including USP 797 and USP 800
- Maintain competency related to performing sterile compounding
- Participate in medication management for pharmacy compounding, including medication and supply ordering, receiving, and maintenance
- Troubleshoot equipment, hardware, and software issues relating to compounding
- Participate in completing and documenting all cleaning and monitoring activities identified for areas related to sterile compounding including daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning requirements
- Work within a team to triage and respond to all compounding needs promptly
- Maintain ongoing didactic and practical training related to sterile compounding

Required Qualifications: - Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician License in the state of Ohio
- 1+ years of consistent sterile compounding experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (8-hour shifts between 7am-7pm weekdays with rotating weekends)
Preferred Qualifications: - Ability to work independently to solve high-stakes problems
- Certified Compounded Sterile Preparations Technician (CSPT) certification
- Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) certification
Physical Requirements: - Ability to stand for up to 8 hours with intermittent breaks
- Ability to lift to 30 pounds
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders
