The unit nurse is a registered nurse who performs and coordinates total nursing care for patients, participates in patient and family teaching, and provides education by working cooperatively with other patient care personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice. A critical attribute required of this position is exceptional interpersonal customer services consisting of an outgoing positive attitude, warm friendly joyful demeanor, and the utmost care and respect for our guests, patients, families, customers and colleagues.
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS: - Graduate of a School of Nursing required.
- One (1) year mental health experience preferred.
- License Registered Nurse credentialed from the Washington Department of Health obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Must have one or more of the following: Advance Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Heart Saver AED specializing in First Aid credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. CPR-First Aide Heart Saver.
- Ability to work with culturally diverse population.

Salary Range: $33.21 - $60.48
SIGN ON BONUS: (Pro-Rated for Part Time Positions)
- $10,000 sign-on bonus offered to New Graduates
- $15,000 sign-on bonus offered to RNs with 1-3 years of experience
- $25,000 sign-on bonus offered to RNs with 3+ years of experience
