Our ideal candidate has 2+ years of progressive performance as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) and can demonstrate excellent leadership skills, a proven track record of census development, sound financial performance, and survey compliance.

Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills
Two (2) or more years of Nursing Home Administration experience
Proven success in operations and compliance with a track record of sustainable census building, sound financial performance, excellent survey history, and superior satisfaction (resident and family surveys)
Summary Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall management of clinical, regulatory, administrative, and financial direction of a Medicare-certified skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.
Ensures compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and accrediting organizations
Maintains knowledge of regulatory guidelines; recommends operational changes as needed.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required.
An Oklahoma Nursing Home Administrator license is required.
Ability to pass a criminal background check required.
