Unit Description: With Direction from the CNO, responsibilities include development, review, revision, implementation and monitoring of evidence-based infection prevention policies and procedures throughout the organization. The individual serves as the primary liaison between Infection Prevention and all Home Health and Hospice departments to support key strategic priorities. They serve as the primary lead for the coordination of improvement activities. This individual manages and conducts special studies or investigations in potential epidemic, outbreak, or exposure situations. This individual serves as the primary contact for infection prevention consultant to leadership to maintain accreditation and regulatory readiness and serves as a liaison to external partners.

Incentives: $20,000 sign on bonus, up to $20,000 in loan forgiveness, and $2k/mos. for 3 mos. housing stipend eligible for full time role.
