We are seeking a part-time diagnostic medical sonographer to join our team! We are a busy urology practice with several urology clinics located throughout mid-Michigan. We are looking to hire a sonographer to work 2 days per week at our Mount Pleasant and St. Johns clinics. Chosen candidate will be offered a competitive salary based on experience.
Job Duties:
Proficiently operate ultrasound equipment to perform ultrasounds of the kidneys and bladder, scrotum, and prostate. Accurately differentiate between normal and pathologic findings. Review the patient's medical record to obtain necessary clinical information including patient history, lab results, and radiology reports. Use cognitive sonographic skills to identify, record, and assist with procedures as appropriate to anatomical, pathological, and diagnostic information. Accurately identify and label/annotate images. Communicate results of diagnostic examinations to the interpreting physician.

Qualifications:
Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography from an accredited sonography program.
Must hold credential in abdominal sonography and be a registered sonographer by the ARDMS
