We are searching for:
Individuals who are dedicated and enthusiastic about providing high-quality pediatric therapy for our diverse patient population
Current and effective PT knowledge and therapy skills with varied disabilities
Individuals who enjoy working collaboratively with other professionals, with capable interpersonal and communication skills to do so effectively
Individuals who enjoy working with families and caregivers, with capable interpersonal and communication skills to do so effectively
Self-motivated, organized, self-starters, with exceptional time management skills
Physical Therapists with a DPT or Master's degree and Georgia license, or Georgia license-eligible
On a daily/weekly basis, our therapists:
Conduct evaluations utilizing formal assessment, observation, and caregiver/family interview. Report these findings promptly using our stream-lined web-based EMR, outlining therapy need and defining treatment to be rendered, and measurements which will be utilized
Provide ongoing education and home-programming for optimal home and family carry-over
Maintain concise point of service documentation, including daily treatment notes, plans of care, evaluations and re-evaluations
Job Types: Contract, Per diem
Pay: $52.00 - $65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 - 40 per week
