What Will You Be Doing
The
Home Health Aide Preceptor provides support services, under the supervision of the appropriate professional staff, that assist the client or family in the achievement of physical and emotional comfort. You will apply safety principles, be responsible for training and your own caseload. This role will utilize compliance and agency procedure and at the same time provide support and ongoing assistance to Home Health Aide staff.
What We’re Looking For In You
- High School Graduate or Equivalent
- Certified Home Health Aide Training Course Certificate
- Previous personal care experience preferred
- Previous Hospice Experience
- Certified Home Health Aide Training Course Certificate
- 4 + years previous personal care experience preferred
- 2+ years of previous Hospice required
