🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Labor and Delivery Care: Provide compassionate and expert care to expectant mothers throughout labor and delivery. Monitor fetal and maternal well-being, assist with deliveries, and support families during this crucial time.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about labor, delivery, and postpartum care. Offer guidance and support to ensure a positive and informed experience.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with obstetricians, midwives, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Ensure a smooth and coordinated delivery process.
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
- Licensure: Active RN license in California.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in labor and delivery nursing. Experience in a high-risk or busy delivery setting is a plus.
- Skills: Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to provide compassionate care in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certifications required. Advanced certifications in labor and delivery are preferred.
