Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse at Our House RCH in Rutland, VT. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct assisted patient, assessing patient conditions on your own schedule and when neccesary, developing care plans, and collaborating with healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive care.
Qualifications
- Patient Care, Medication Administration, and Assessment skills
- Experience in developing care plans and collaborating with healthcare providers
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Active Registered Nurse license in Vermont
- Enjoy working with the elderly
