LPN Clinical Coordinator
POSITION PURPOSE
Under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Services the LPN Clinical Coordinator is responsible for supervising, coordinating and directing the workflow and functions of designated service personnel to facilitate safe and efficient workflow and practices.

This position reports to the Director of Clinical Services
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSincludes The Following. Other Duties May Be Assigned.
- Be responsible for daily completion of the following tasks: Referral Processing, Ongoing Orders, Workflow, Escalation/Complaint Calls, Updating Clinical Information, Reporting, Verbal Orders, and Field Visits as required
- Perform clinical preparation of key office functions: Stand up/stand down & case conference that ensure compliance KPIs (LUPAS, Paraprofessional Utilization, etc.)
- Perform other clinical coordination duties as assigned
- Ensure services follow professional standards, state, and federal regulatory requirements
- Comply with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies, and procedures including, but not limited to the Compliance Program: Code of Conduct, HIPAA, and Documentation Standards
- Assists in the selection, training, orientation and competency validation of designated personnel
- Supervises, plans, develops and organizes services and activities to support medical practices
- Performs a wide variety of patient care activities and accommodative services to support the medical practice
- Responsible for coordination of faxes for clinical staff and ongoing management faxes
- Develop and monitor plan for catheter change, blood draws, labs, wound care and assists with retrieving results for ordering physician
- Assists with all scheduling needs
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge & Experience
- Graduate of accredited LPN program.
- Current state licensure in Oklahoma and in good standing per state requirements.
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
- Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) preferred
- 1-2 years recent Home Health nursing experience
- Active Oklahoma driver’s license
- Current car insurance and registration
- Required vehicle

MACHINES & EQUIPMENT
The incumbent must be able to effectively operate the current computer system, telephone system, and other office machines such as a copier.
