PHYSICAL THERAPIST (LICENSED)
We are seeking a full-time or part-time Physical Therapist that is currently licensed in the State of Georgia. Our multidisciplinary medical specialty clinic provides care to accident injury victims, orthopedic injuries such as back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, knee pain etc, people that have suffered of a stroke, TBI, neurological conditions, post-partum pain, sports related injuries and many others throughout the Gwinnett County area.
JOB DESCRIPTION
As one of our medical specialists, the Physical Therapist will determine plan of care based on other provider referrals and administer a comprehensive treatment plan. As one of our medical specialists, the Physical Therapist will examine each individual and develop a plan using treatment techniques to promote the ability to move, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability. The PT must set realistic and achievable goals for their patients, document and record the patient's condition and educate patients and families in an appropriate physical therapy method. Exceptional patient care is always a MUST.
REQUIREMENTS / RESPONSIBILITIES
Must have graduated from an accredited school.
Experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist
Strong orthopedic and manual therapy skills is an ADD
Current CPR certification.
Implements, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients
Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
Experience in extremity & spine physical therapy
Pre and Post-surgical physical therapy
Comply with both federal and state guidelines, including all licensing requirements.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $94,000.00 per year
