Established in July 1775, the US Army Medical Department (AMEDD) coordinates medical care for the U.S. Army. Led by the Surgeon General, AMEDD is headquartered in Fort Sam Houston, San Antonio, Texas, with the AMEDD Center and School (AMEDDC&S) located there. The Academy of Health Sciences within AMEDDC&S offers training to officers and enlisted members of AMEDD.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role, location varies based on prefrence for a Critical Care Nurse. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing specialized nursing care for critical patients on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) preferred
- Demonstrated experience in critical care settings
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
