About Us: Collaborating Docs is the premier collaborating physician matchmaking service, dedicated to connecting entrepreneurial Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) with reliable, accessible, and supportive collaborating physicians. Since our founding in 2020, we've helped over 4,300 NPs and PAs across the country.
Position Overview: We are seeking personable, professional, and motivated NPs, PAs, MDs & DOs to join our sales team. This role begins with outbound sales lead generation, including cold calling and prospecting. Once you master these skills, you will advance to meeting with prospects over Zoom to encourage them to sign up for our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound and inbound relationship-based, consultative sales
- Cold calling and prospecting potential clients
- Conducting Zoom meetings with prospects to showcase our services
Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed NP, PA, MD or DO who embodies our values: personable, professional, responsive, and efficient
- Must reside in Oregon
- Past sales experience preferred but not required
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Willing to commit full-time (40 hours/week) after the initial trial period
