What We’re Looking For
- Passion for Reproductive Health: A dedicated professional with a Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing, or a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies, who is certified and licensed to practice in Pennsylvania.
- Experience in Fertility Care: 2-3 years of experience in a fertility clinic, reproductive endocrinology, or women’s health setting, with a deep understanding of reproductive physiology and treatments.

Key Responsibilities
Patient Assessment and Consultation
- Thorough Assessments: Conduct detailed medical histories and physical examinations for patients seeking fertility treatments or reproductive health services.
- Diagnostic Testing: Perform and interpret diagnostic tests to assess patients' reproductive health, providing insight and guidance based on findings.
- Comprehensive Consultations: Offer in-depth consultations regarding fertility treatment options, reproductive health concerns, and family planning, tailored to each patient's unique needs.
Treatment Planning and Management
- Individualized Care Plans: Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' medical history, diagnostic results, and reproductive goals.
- Fertility Treatments: Prescribe medications, perform procedures, and coordinate fertility treatments, including ovulation induction, intrauterine insemination (IUI), and in vitro fertilization (IVF).
- Ongoing Monitoring: Track patient progress throughout treatment, making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
Patient Education and Support
- Patient Education: Provide clear, comprehensive education on reproductive health, fertility factors, and treatment options, including the potential risks and benefits.

Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited nurse practitioner program, or a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies.
- Certification:
- Nurse Practitioner: Certification in Women's Health, Adult-Gerontology, or Family Health.
- Physician Assistant: Certification from an accredited PA program.
- Licensure: Current, unrestricted license to practice as an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) in Pennsylvania.
- BLS Certification: Current and valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Prescriptive Authority: DEA registration and prescriptive authority as allowed by state regulations.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience in fertility clinics, reproductive endocrinology, or women's health settings.
- Reproductive Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in reproductive physiology, fertility treatments, and women's health issues.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in fertility diagnostic procedures, such as ultrasound imaging and endometrial biopsy, is highly desirable.
- EHR Proficiency: Skilled in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and Google Workspace.
