* Good physical strength and stamina to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on diesel heavy equipment, using computerized diagnostic software, hand tools, and precision measurement tools.
* Perform regular preventive maintenance following OEM specifications according to each unit’s schedule.
* Complete detailed service reports for each job using computerized software provided by the company.
* Excellent communication skills: Must be able to explain equipment problems and repairs to customers and discuss concerns and future preventative measures in a professional and courteous manner. And must communicate effectively with managers and coworkers.
