Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience + uncapped billing based on CPT codes - $150-200k+ on average
Schedule: Monday to Friday, W-2, Full-time or Part-time available

Job Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting patient assessments, developing, and implementing treatment plans, and providing education and support to patients and their families. You will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to patient care. An ideal candidate will have a strong background in gastroenterology and a passion for delivering high-quality care to patients. Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical guidelines. Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Provide patient education, counseling, and support on disease management, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care. Document patient encounters, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes, using electronic medical record systems.
Nurse Practitioner Requirements: 6 Months of Long-Term Care Experience DEA License Nurse Practitioner License Experience in Gastroenterology
