Job Details
This position is for an inpatient operating room assistant Nurse Manager
M-F 9-5 role
SPECIFICATIONS
Staff education/training, the establishment of a learning environment, in partnership with a nurse Educator and Manager
Facilitates staffing models necessary to support case volumes and acuity
Evaluates clinical processes and workflows to ensure efficiency, and facilitate appropriate change
Responsible for direct nurse supervision on weekends and off shifts, in partnership with the clinical supervisor.
Evaluate clinical documentation to ensure completion and accuracy.
Qualifications
Successfully passed Board of Registration in Nursing Examination and is licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification required.
Experience Minimum of 3-5 years of nursing experience with the most appropriate patient population being served by the care team.
Education AND required; BSN preferred.
