We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our team on a PRN basis.
Position Overview:
We seek PRN CNAs to provide high-quality nursing care to our patients in St. Petersburg, FL. The ideal candidate will have a solid clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for patient care. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, and LTCs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Taking and recording BP, temperature, pulse, and respiration
- Inform the supervisor of changes in the client's condition
- Document care, observation, and treatments
- Comply with the policies and procedures of the facility and NurseCore
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients
- Ensure and protect patients' rights and maintain confidentiality
- Complete other assigned duties
Qualifications:
- Valid CNA license in the state of Florida
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a similar role
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required. (Must be American Heart or Red Cross.)
- Negative TB/PPD- Chest Xray within 12 months
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel
