Job Summary:
This role involves planning, implementing, and analyzing the company's web-based marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility, attract leads, and drive online and in-store sales. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in web strategy, proficiency in SEO and digital marketing channels, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include developing digital marketing strategies, managing campaigns, monitoring website performance, overseeing web content, and ensuring consistent brand presentation across all online platforms.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, increase website traffic, and generate leads.
- Manage and oversee digital marketing campaigns, including email campaigns, search engine marketing, display advertising, pay-per-click, and social media advertising.
- Monitor website performance and campaign effectiveness using analytics tools, providing data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Supervise web administrator and content development specialist, ensuring accurate and engaging content is maintained on the company's websites while adhering to brand guidelines and confidentiality protocols.
- Design and implement user-friendly website interfaces, optimize for search engines, conduct keyword research, and manage product catalog and pages for accuracy and impactful display.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience as a web strategist or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing channels, coupled with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and content management systems (CMS), along with basic knowledge of HTML and web development technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Professional certifications in digital marketing, such as Google Ads or HubSpot, are a plus, along with creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
