Raytheon is the leading provider of Electronic Warfare Systems for Space and Airborne Platforms. This position is for a Senior Systems Engineer who will provide engineering leadership to Systems Engineering Integration & Test teams.

What You Will Do:
- Generate test plans/procedures for assessing EW system performance
- Generate test documentation for verification/acceptance of components, subsystems, and systems
- Architect test configurations for exercising the Unit Under Test in both lab and field environments.
- Collaborate with other disciplines to develop Special Test Equipment for Subsystems/Systems Integration and Test.
- P lan IV&V activities.
- Execute IV&V activities as the technical lead for multidisciplinary Integration and Test teams.
- Execute in-house and off-site test activities for system demonstrations and/or system sell-off.
- B rief senior program management and engineering leadership.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline (preferably Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering or Physics) with a minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
- Experience with EW/Radar systems integration, verification, and validation.
- Experience preparing system/subsystem test documentation (e.g., plans, procedures, and reports)
- Flight Test experience
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience writing requirements for EW/Radar system test events.
- Experience leading system test equipment and special test equipment development activities.
- Experience troubleshooting, testing, and integrating EW/Radar system test equipment.
- Experience modeling the performance of EW/Radar systems.
- Experience with millimeter and microwave RF at both the system and module levels.
- Experience with integration of mixed signal modules into the next higher assembly.
- Experience with security requirements related to government testing.
- Experience with Earned Value Management / Cost Account Management.
- Experience with requirements tracking tools such as DOORS.
- Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (Cameo Enterprise Architecture), specifically using SysML.

The salary range for this role is 85,000 USD - 179,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
