Are 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States
Do you have a state and/or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma, GED Grade 12 certificate?
1+ years of continuous work experience.
Have basic computer knowledge, mechanical aptitude and good math skills
Are able to maintain a work schedule of 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime
Can pass a pre-employment assessment and a pre-employment drug + background screening
Can pass post-offer / pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT)
Provides the team and mill with a hands-on technical resource with the knowledge and background to analyze problems and develop and implement solutions in the electrical and mechanical maintenance fields.
Is knowledgeable and proficient in both the electrical and mechanical crafts.
Responsibilities also include meeting business objectives in machine reliability, uptime, yield, and customer requirements and providing support in functional area.
Must possess leadership skills to help with the development of others within the maintenance and operating teams.
