Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care, medical clearance, education, and support to employees and students.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders including Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), Research Compliance, and Biosafety.
- Assess, diagnose, and treat work-related injuries, exposures, and illnesses, while evaluating outcomes.
- Support the non-occupational injury, illness return to work program, and pre-placement clearance process.
- Examine and treat patients independently and in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure proper illness and injury care, disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and recovery.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant specialty.
- Certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP).
- State authority for advanced practice.
- Familiarity with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Ability to perform a variety of tasks and potentially lead and direct the work of others.
- Creativity and latitude in approach.
