About the Role:
- Ensure a safe and healthy working environment for all non-industrial employees.
- This pivotal role will focus exclusively in the corporate offices (vs. manufacturing plants) to develop and implement H&S plans, enforce policies, and evaluate practices to maintain Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) compliance.
- Oversee mandatory H&S training and customize materials as needed.
- Represent the company in global H&S initiatives.
- Organize the annual H&S Day/Week, ensuring continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 5+ years in Corporate Services, with a Health & Safety background
- Skills: Excellent communication, advocacy for safety culture, and proficiency in MS Office
Pay range and compensation package: $125k-$145k (depending on experience) plus bonus
