Net2Source is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales/ Account Management professionals with 1-2 years of strong recruiting experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be a driven self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for relationship building. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to transition into a sales/ account management career and will be groomed and mentored to achieve success.
This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the President of Net2Source, gaining valuable insights and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand client needs.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Collaborate with the business development team to achieve individual and team targets for new client acquisition.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics and activities using CRM software.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1-2 years of recruiting experience in staffing industry.
- Strong desire to pursue a career in sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office Suit (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
