Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate jewelry products.
- Assist customers in making informed decisions about their jewelry purchases.
- Handle all transactions, including cash, credit, and layaway
- Maintain knowledge of current jewelry trends, collections, and industry developments
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and targets
- Perform inventory management tasks, including receiving, stocking, and displaying jewelry items
Requirements:
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods industry
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Sales-driven and customer-focused
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- Knowledge of jewelry products and trends is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
