Pay: $45,000 per year
Hours: 20 hours per week
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role involves managing payroll processing, handling employee benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll and benefits management, strong analytical skills, and a high level of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company benefits.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll and tax regulations.
- Maintain and update payroll and benefits records.
- Assist employees with payroll and benefits-related inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Strong understanding of payroll software and systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
