Position: Human Resources Information Systems Specialist
Duration: Contract/Temporary project
Location: Central San Diego (hybrid remote)
Pay Rate: $32 - $40 depending on experience
A great organization in the education industry has an IMMEDIATE need for an HRIS specialist to help on a project. Company is known for their collaborative culture and focus on helping kids, young adults, exceed their education goals. To be successful in this position you need HR experience in California, HRIS pro, and UKG specific knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help implement and maintain HRIS software (UKG) for the organization
- Offer user support to company coworkers and troubleshooting technical issues
- Collaborate with IT and HR teams to implement system upgrades
- Ensure the accuracy of data, and regularly assist with auditing and cleaning data
- Gather needed data to input into UKG
